mailed out to winners by the Brainerd Golf Trail. The Brainerd
Golf Trail is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize
certificate.
- Prizes may NOT be substituted or
redeemed for cash.
- Payment of all federal, state
and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Any additional purchases not
included in the prize certificate, are the sole responsibility
of the winner, including taxes and tips.

sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person
